RobustPilot provides AI-powered DevOps intelligence: infrastructure monitoring, incident analysis, cloud cost and CI/CD insight. 02Data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service.
03How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, send alerts you configure, provide support, and improve the product. We never sell personal data.
04Infrastructure data
Metrics and logs collected by the read-only agent are processed only to deliver monitoring, alerts and AI analysis for your workspace. Application and customer data inside your systems is never collected.
05Messaging channels (WhatsApp and Telegram)
If you link a WhatsApp or Telegram chat to your workspace, we process the chat identifier or phone number, the link code you send and the commands you send to the RobustPilot bot, and we send you the alerts and incident updates you configure. We use this only to operate that channel. You can unlink a chat in the dashboard at any time, which stops all messages to it.
06Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), under written agreements and appropriate safeguards.
07Retention
Metrics are retained for the period included in your plan. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure, unless the law requires otherwise.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Use the contact form or email legal@robustpilot.com to make a request. To delete your data, follow the steps on our data deletion page: https://robustpilot.com/data-deletion.
09Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and our agent has no write access to your infrastructure. See our Security page for details.
10Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to workspace owners.
