01Acceptance
By creating an account or using RobustPilot you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. The service is provided by Robust Softech合同会社, 2-29-22 Takasu, Urayasu-shi, Chiba 285-0071, Japan.
02The service
RobustPilot provides monitoring, alerting, AI incident analysis, cloud cost and CI/CD analytics. Features vary by plan.
03Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if exposed.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service.
05Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period. Trials last 14 days.
06AI suggestions
Pilot AI root-cause analysis and fix plans are recommendations. You decide whether to apply them and remain responsible for changes made to your systems.
07Availability
We aim for the uptime stated in your plan's SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the Status page.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RobustPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
09Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice where practical.
10Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and notify workspace owners of material updates.
